The Capitol on Union Street involved the redevelopment of a 1930’s cinema into high quality office accommodation. The front of house was an old-fashioned 2-storey bar, which was refurbished along with an 11-storey extension at the rear. Our scope of works included Ames Taping, plastering and decoration of offices, communals and reception. Through a tight timescale we provided a high-quality finish, on time and on budget.
The project received recognition after it was named the Scottish Property Award’s City Regeneration Project of the Year.
